ALCODE is a device for printing and applying labels; it can be connected to a computer and can apply printed labels to stationary or mobile products.
The ALcode unit is controlled by a PLC with a colour HMI touch screen. It is located in the main body of the machine, but can be rotated to match the position of the machine relative to its operation.
The display allows the operator to change the application parameters and informs the user about the machine status.
Facilitated implementation
ALcode is a device dedicated to cooperation with leading manufacturers of printing modules, among others ZEBRA, SATO, TSC, HONEYWELL. Thanks to this, the implementation of the labeller in the company already using the above-mentioned label printers is cheaper. We save time for staff training, maintenance or preparation of labels for printing.
Applicator versatility
A blast applicator, with or without a piston, for the non-contact labelling of moving products, for the contact labelling of stationary products, including in recessed locations a self-aligning roller applicator for the contact labelling of products moving at high speed, with a front/rear labelling arm and/or corners for both stationary and moving products. The multitude of its options allows you to use the labeller in many solutions. Using its modular design, we can adapt it to changing labelling requirements.
Ease of communication
The ALcode unit is controlled by an efficient PLC with a colour HMI touch screen. It is placed in the main body of the machine, but can be rotated in order to adjust to the position of the machine in relation to its operation. The display allows the operator to change the labelling parameters and informs the user about the machine status. The labeller is equipped with a connector dedicated for communication with the client’s devices (e.g. integration with the conveyor, packaging system). We can additionally equip it with a laser scanner to check the correctness of printing barcodes, a sensor confirming the presence of a label for the application, a sensor near the end of the label roll or a full base tray, as well as other additional functions required by the client.
